Chaurice: Spicy, spicy, pork sausage, Louisiana style. Made HOT with chili powder, cayenne, and red pepper flakes. Farmer Bob's Hot Italian: Sunset Acres' organic hot Italian sausage made from Bob and Anne's farm raised pork. Bob and Anne's pork is the best around, we use it in our sausage. Hot and delicious! Farmer Bob's Sweet Italian: Made from Sunset Acres' humanely raised organic veal. Another specialty from Sunset Acres farm! Gyro: A specialty of the Greeks. Pork and lamb combined with anise, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano Hot Italian: Pork with red wine, garlic, basil, and hot pepper. Indian Spiced Chicken - Chicken with almonds, onions, yogurt, and secret roasted Indian spices. Indian Spiced Vegi: Prita's secret spices combined with zucchini, arborio rice, and egg base. This secret sausage is so good, non-vegetarians can't stay away from it either. Jalapeņo Chicken: a great Santa Fe style sausage with jalapeņo peppers, cilantro, white wine, and lemon zest! Jorge's Chorizo Argentino: This beef sausage recipe brought in straight from Argentina by Jorge Sztein brings the taste of pampas to Bar Harbor, Maine! Loukaniko: a mild pork and lamb sausage flavored with garlic, orange zest, and white wine. Luganega: a pork sausage with unusual spices. It has nutmeg, cinnamon, coriander and a little lemon to finish it off. Merguez: Spicy Lamb sausage with lots of hot peppers. Santa Fe Special: Pork and chicken with three types of roasted peppers and finished with cumin and chili powder. Spicy Lamb: Lamb with sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, cumin, onions, cilantro, and red bell pepper. Sweet Italian: Pork with fennel, garlic, thyme and basil.
