The Incredible Sausage Festival Carnival will run for a riotous two hours from 2-4 PM.

Vegetarian Sausage: Flavors unavailable at press time but they will be available at all times until they run out. And run out they will. Guaranteed.

Special Guest Sausage from Sausage-maker Frank Pendola: Italian sausage with pancetta. We'll throw them on the grill whenever they arrive.

Potluck salads and sweets available as they arrive and disappear.

Sausage & Ice Cream Glossary

We use very high quality meats and spices in our sausages. May we recommend Sunset Acres Farm and Shalom Orchards for organic pork, chicken and lamb. All recipes are strictly secret and can only be extracted from us by asking nicely!

Beef sausage, traditional in Argentina, scented with oregano,nutmeg, red and black peppers.
Louisiana is hot all year, and the sausages are hot too. Spicy hot with lots of every kind of chili pepper on the shelf.
Pork sausage suffused with smoked jalapeño chilies, garlic, onion and thyme.
Hot Italian
The traditional Italian hot sausage. Lots of red pepper, garlic and secret spices.
Ice Cream
Homemade, heavy cream, no filler, don't tell your doctor. Chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla and fresh strawberry.
Jalapeño Chicken
An abundance of jalapeño peppers, cilantro, white wine, and lemon zest.
Kheema Lamb
Who can resist the classic Indian flavors - garam masala, cumin, ginger and cilantro?
Ayuh, moose--with juniper berries, pistachio nuts and a charge of garlic.

Portuguese Choriço
Lots of paprika and a little cayenne offset with cumin and coriander give this pork sausage lots of character without a lot of heat.
Santa Fe
Santa Fe, New Mexico is famous for fresh roasted peppers. This sausage combines pork and chicken with 3 types of fresh roasted chili peppers and many other flavors. Aromatic, spicy and very interesting.

A classic pork sausage with hot chili, lots of garlic, sage and a touch of red wine.
Spicy Lamb

Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Chicken
Delicately flavored with pine nuts, balsamic vinegar olive oil,and Parmesan cheese.
Sweet Italian
A traditional favorite with fennel, oregano, allspice, and red wine.
Triple Sec Turkey
This one is almost on the sweet side, with orange liqueur, a dab of honey and a hint of allspice. But just in thyme sage, fennel and paprika drag it back from the edge.
